- Ordering. To order from us, send us an e-mail to email@example.com, or simply fill in the form that appears at the bottom of our product pages. Make sure you fill in the City, State and ZipCode where the order is to be shipped to; we will quote the shipping rates for the products you want to order, via e-mail. Once we have agreed on the shipping costs, we will send you a "Money Request" for the total amount of your order. The money request is a mechanism offered by Paypal to handle this type of cases, and will allow you to pay using your credit card. In case you don't want to pay using Paypal, we may send a form for you to fill with the credit card information and fax it back to us.
- Payments. You can pay us using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.
- Shipping. Once we have agreed a shipping method and cost, please allow 7 days for order processing before shipping the order. As soon as we ship, we will send you an e-mail with details and tracking numbers.
- Express Orders. We may be able to process express orders provided you pay an additional fee and any additional shipping costs and subject to stock availability.
- Order cancellation: You may cancel your order within the next 24 hours, and you will be charged 3% of the entire transaction amount. After this cancellation period, we will make arrangements and you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee plus any shipping charges related to your order.
- Back-orders: In the event we cannot ship some of the items you bought, you will receive an e-mail informing you about the situation and offering options for a refund on the items not available, process back-orders or others you may consider and agree with us.
- Return Policy. Any and all items returned without prior approval are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any item returned that appears to have been opened will not be accepted as a return and no credit will be given.
For Customers Outside the Continental USA:
- In case you cannot pay with a credit card, you can set up a wire-transfer to our account. This usually takes 2-3 business days.
- Depending on your country's regulations, you may have to pay Customs & Clearance costs; we suggest contacting a Customs Agent who can answer your questions.
